Spicy Mango Summer Drink
Here’s the best chilli mango mojito recipe! This is the ultimate refreshing drink for summer. It’s fruity, icy, minty, and so easy to make! Ingredients
2 mangoes (500g)
Salt-chilli powder mixture
½ cup chilled water
1 ½ tbsp sugar
½ tsp chaat masala
2 tsp lime juice
10-15 mint leaves
Sour lime wedges
Ice pieces
Chilled soda water (club soda)

Procedure
- Slice the mangoes and scoop the flesh from the skin.
- Make a mix of chilli powder and salt and roughly coat the mango pieces with this.
- Tranfer the spiced up mango pices to a mixer jar along woth the chilled water, sugar, chaat masala, and lime juice.
- Pour the mango mixture into a jar.
- In a small bowl muddle the mint leaves and the sour lime wedges.
- To assemble the chilli mango mojito, to a glass add a little of the muddled mixture, some pieces of ice, a little of the mango mixture. This should fill half of the glass. Now top up the glass with some chilled water or shilled club soda. Stir the contents of the glass, top ithe drink with a sprig of mint, and say cheers!
