Crisp Wheat Flour Namak Pare

Crisp Wheat Flour Namak Pare

Healthy Wheat Flour Namak Pare

Let’s make two kinds of crisp wheat flour namak pare with one basic dough. One kind will be thin and crisp, the other thick and crunchy. But for both, the dough will be made with a mix of maida (all-purpose flour) and atta (whole wheat flour) instead of with only maida. So let’s see how to make healthy wheat flour namak pare. When you taste these, you’ll certainly not go back to making namak pare with maida alone.

As it happens each time Diwali comes around, once you’ve had your fill of sugary sweets, you’ll wish you had something tasty but savoury to munch on. Believe me, when that happens, these crisp namakpare with wheat flour and maida will satisfy that need perfectly.

And they’re so quick and easy to make as well.

Do try making these. They’re so crisp and crunchy, you’ll wonder why just maida is used in the traditional namak pare recipe and in the branded namak pare available in stores.
