Grease and dust it with maida and line the bottom with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li>Sift the flour and the baking powder.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk the eggs and the sugar well, adding the sugar in 3 parts. Add the vanilla extract and oil and whisk again.<\/li>\n<li>Gently mix in the flour mixture in two parts.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the milk and the butter. Bring it to a boil and immediately turn off the heat. Wait for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk the hot milk mixture into the earlier mix. The batter should now have a pouring consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Pour it into a prepared pan. Tap the pan to release gas bubbles.
